The International Sustainable Design Awards 2025 is more than just an awards program, it is an international platform aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) to empower individuals, teams, and organisations worldwide to drive responsible, forward-thinking design that contributes to the well-being of our planet and communities. This year, ISDA will bring together over a thousand talented designers, with their work evaluated by an esteemed panel of international judges across five key design specialisations. Projects that best meet the four main judging criteria—Creativity, Sustainability, Aesthetics, and Impact—will be recognised for their outstanding achievement. ISDA 2025 will host a global winners’ showcase, highlighting the exceptional work of elite designers from diverse nationalities, genders, and ages. Our goal is to promote fairness and inclusivity while making a meaningful contribution to the future of sustainable design.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Eligibility

The International Sustainable Design Awards 2025 welcomes submissions from individuals, teams, students, and organisations with no restriction on the number of entries. Submissions may include completed works (or works in progress for Conceptual Design only) that have been created within the last ten years up to the official call for entries deadline.

Submission Procedure

All entries must be submitted online through the official International Sustainable Design Awards 2025 submission platform (https://www.judgify.me/ISDA2025). Entrants must complete all required fields in the submission form and provide accurate information.

Submission Format

All materials must be submitted digitally through the designated online platform in the specified file formats, including PDF, JPEG, or other formats indicated on the submission platform. Entrants must ensure that all files comply with the platform's size limitations and technical requirements.

Deadline

All submissions must be completed on or before 20 May 2025 by 11:59 PM (HKT, GMT+8). Late submissions will NOT be considered.

Important Guidelines

Submissions must NOT display any entrant's name, logo, or identifying information.
All entry materials must be submitted in English.
Incomplete submissions will NOT be considered.
Entrants are strongly advised to review and comply with the official Terms & Conditions before submission.
